As a last resort I've turned to trip advisor,I say last resort because I've had little joy in trying to contact the manager of The Villaggio,mainly due to the fact that he denies that he is in fact the manger...On Friday 16 October, my wife to be was staying here along with other members of the wedding party,when leaving the hotel to go to the wedding venue her son had his suit ruined by wet paint,wet paint on the only corridor from her room to the exit,which was not signed in anyway...We have for 2 weeks now attempted to contact the manager,but he ducks & dives better than Ali...finally today my wife caught him,basically to be told " there is no fault,nor blame here....It was an accident & they're entirely blameless ".....yeah,blameless.!!
