I want a refund and not a voucher. Keep your money tied up for flights they cancelled when EU law 261/2004 requires an airline that cancels a flight to REFUND the customer’s money. After 4 weeks and with no money being credited, we called to check, only to be told we were not due a refund and that they would issue a voucher instead….. Twelve calls later (with an awful level of customer service – including their staff hanging up on us! Even though you are entitled to money back due to these circumstances! Gave me vouchers that expire in June 2021, used them to book flights - one was cancelled by IBERIA and now insist on returning my refund to a voucher that realistically cannot be used for safe travel. Boarding was smooth, service was good nothing exceptional. As I passed the manager, she started talking to the check-in assistant about me, in front of me, asking why she had checked me in because "I thought he said he didn't want it". I don't recommand this company at all, the customer service is horrible ! Featured. They cancelled my flight and have illegally withheld my money from me for over 6 months now.
